Tottenham hit three past Cypriot side APOEL Nicosia at Wembley tonight, as Mauricio Pochettino’s side ended their Champions League group stage in style.
The home side opened the scoring in the 20th minute, after a smart turn from Fernando Llorente allowed the Spaniard to slot the ball home.
Spurs then doubled their lead through South Korean Heung Min-Son, after the ball was laid off to Son, who placed the ball home to put the north London side two goals to the good.
Frenchman N’Koudou then completed the scoring 10 minutes before half time, as the winger cut in from the left before firing the ball into the net.
Summer signing Llorente stole the show tonight, as the Spanish international scored one and set up one as his side hammered Apoel to end their group stage on a high note.
The forward took his goal spectacularly well, with the striker’s hold-up play also allowing Son to bag a goal tonight.
This tweet shows just how good the former Swansea forward was tonight
